As Team Leader, you’ll:
Lead and mentor a team of advocates, driving performance and professional growth
Collaborate with management to ensure the highest standards of advocacy practice
Conduct regular reviews and training to maintain and improve service delivery
Manage resources effectively to meet contractual requirements and KPIs
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practicesThis role requires proactive performance management, fostering continuous improvement, and contributing to a culture that reflects our client’s values.
