Role: Partnerships Executive
Hours: 35 hours per week plus all home match days (time off in lieu after 5 matches)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum (plus bonus earning potential)
Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton, BN1 9BL

Provide an expectational service to our partners
This role will support our partnerships team with optimising partnerships in order to meet revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing global sponsorships and ensuring the successful delivery of all partnership assets. Additionally, you will help oversee social media posts, player appearances, merchandise, ticketing, and hospitality – ensuring every contractual sponsorship right is fully maximised. You will also coordinate, manage, and deliver partnership events and activations to maximise impact and engagement.
Your core hours will be Monday to Friday, but we will require you to be flexible and committed to supporting the team and our fans outside of core hours, when required, including all home matchdays.
