Parts Advisor, 29k + bonus, Mallusk We are currently working with an award-winning dealership within the construction franchise. The role is Monday Friday, but may require some weekend availability, and there are options for overtime if interested. This role entails Assisting customers on purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles Communicating with customers via email, phone and in person providing information regarding parts and pricing Maintaining accurate records and ensuring parts are stocked and organised Using computer systems and software to search information and process orders Provide excellent customer service and deal with any concerns or issues regarding to parts and orders Collaborate with other team members You will need Previous experience in a parts advisor position, within the agriculture or construction industry Understanding of mechanical or construction products Excellent communication skills Proficiency in computer systems Phone and customer service etiquette Organisational skills If you are interested or for more information contact Serena on or email Skills: parts construction agriculture Microsoft office customer service
