Parts Advisor – Carlisle
Salary: £28,000 per annum + OTE £33,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (half-day)

The Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers with their parts needs, ensuring excellent service and driving sales growth. Your main responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with existing clients to maintain long-term business partnerships.
Upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue opportunities.
Handling inbound calls and proactively converting them into new customers.
Providing expert advice on parts availability, pricing, and suitability.
Processing orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry.
A customer focused approach with strong communication skills.
The ability to build rapport and identify sales opportunities.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
