Pastoral Support Assistant | Job Summary
- Full-time, term-time only, until July 2025
- Salary: £400-£500 per week, paid weekly via PAYE
- A First-Class or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university
- Experience supporting children with SEND is essential
Pastoral Support Assistant | Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with diverse SEN needs
- Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring dignity and comfort for students
- Promote student welfare and safeguard their well-being
- Help develop students social, emotional, and communication skills
- Work with SEND professionals and educational psychologists, gaining valuable experience
