Description

The key responsibilities for Payroll Officer are as follows:

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client payrolls to agreed deadlines.
Input payroll data, run audit and validation checks, and interface data to General Ledger and Pensions systems.
Monitor statutory payments.
Process accurate and timely year-end payroll reporting when required.
Manage payroll changes to time and attendance systems.
Administer end-to-end payroll processes and auto-enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients.
Address payroll-related queries from clients.
Provide first-line support for pay-related queries.
Peer review payrolls for accuracy and compliance.
Undertake general administrative duties and collaborate within the payroll hub.
Build strong client relationships.
Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused team environment.
