Description
I am a five-year-old girl living at home with my parents and siblings. I have Cerebral Palsy and require a PA to support me to get ready for school and then after school with my reading, my physio, to play and have fun as well as prepare my dinner and follow my evening routine before my parents come home from work.
Im very sociable and smiley and I love being around people. I also love unicorns, books and singing. Im non-mobile and non-verbal and Ill communicate with my PA by switch communications and eye gaze technology.
No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided by my parents and by my physio. Being a driver isnt essential, but it would be preferable.
Hours of work:
7.30am to 8.40am and 3.25pm to 6pm, 2 3 times per week. Days can be flexible for the right person. I also need someone who can work additional hours during school holidays and the occasional weekend.
(The position is subject to an enhanced DBS check and is exempt from the provision of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.)
