Days: 8:30am – 5pm (Mon–Thu), 8am – 1pm (Fri) | Nights also available

Benefits Package:

* £17.20 per hour on days

* £21.50 per hour on nights

* 12-week temporary to permanent opportunity

* Either permanent days or permanent nights positions available

As a Plater/Fabricator you will be required to:

* Measure and mark out plate and sections for cutting, shaping and drilling

* Interpret engineering drawings for parts to be fabricated/welded

* Carry out dimensional checks

* Use press brakes, guillotines and other production machinery

* Work with 6mm – 60mm plate sizes

* Ensure tolerances and parameters are met to satisfy quality and output

Candidate:

* Ideally apprentice trained or time served equivalent

* Must be experienced in MIG welding

* Experienced with 6mm up to 60mm plate sizes and fillet welds

* Competent with press brake, saws, drills, grinders and other workshop machinery
