Job Title: Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Assistant
Location: Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset
Salary: £25,000.00 per annum plus mileage reimbursement
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, including travel time
About the Role
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism? We are looking for a dedicated PBS Assistant to join our team, providing high-quality Positive Behaviour Support across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset.
As a PBS Assistant, you will support individuals with autism and learning disabilities, helping to enhance their quality of life through effective and empathetic support strategies. Full training is provided, and we offer funded BTEC Level 4 training in Positive Behaviour Support, with career progression opportunities that include a salary increase to £27,000 upon successful completion of the qualification.

Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
