Description
My client based in the Redditch area is looking to recruit a Press Break Operative on a Temp to Perm basis
The main functions of the role include
– Working within metal fabrications
– work out blank sizes and bend allowances
– interpret manufacturing/ optimisation lists and specifications
– Understanding contents of supplier manuals in order to complete the required methods of fabrication
– read and recognise profile orientations and technical drawings
– Manual handling and ability to use one or more of the following:
– Working knowledge of CNC machines
– Knowledge of Health and Safety
– ability to lift heavy materials and tools (in excess of 22kg/ 50lbs)
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
– Previous experience in a similar role
– Accurate and strong attention to detail
– Strong Team player
– Good communication skills
The hours for this role are (Apply online only) Mon-Thurs and (Apply online only) on Fridays
The pay-rate on offer is up to £14 an hour
