About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in mainstream primary schools across Camden. You will support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in EYFS, KS1, or KS2, helping them thrive academically and socially.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting SEN students 1:1 or in small groups within a mainstream classroom.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
Encouraging inclusion and participation in all aspects of school life.
Monitoring and recording progress to contribute to individualized support plans.
Promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment.Requirements:

Experience working with SEN students in a school setting is preferred.
Understanding of common SEN needs such as ASD, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt to different school environments.
Availability for at least 3 days per week starting January 2025.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).What We Offer:
