We’re looking for passionate Primary Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in North Liverpool on a daily supply and long-term basis.
We work with fantastic schools local to you and are continuously recruiting for EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 teachers to join us. Whether you’re seeking a full or part-time role, we have opportunities to suit you.
As a Primary Teaching Assistant on supply, your responsibilities will include;
Providing general classroom support to teachers and pupils across different year groups. You may also be asked to provide one-to-one support for individual children, with the specific class and support required on the day being determined by the nature of the absence.
Assisting with the implementation of lesson plans and activities.
Supporting individual pupils or small groups with their learning.
Helping to maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
Adapting quickly to new classroom dynamics and school routines.

A relevant qualification such as CACHE Level 3 Early Years Assistant, Nursery Staff qualification, or Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
