Description
We are looking for a full time member to contribute to an effective and efficient Print, Mail and Distribution department to support the Group’s business activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the in-house department, providing a high level of customer service for People’s Partnership colleagues, both in-house and hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring that deadlines are met for internal process and collection of outgoing post.
Preparation and creation of system dockets and overseeing the completion of all mail processes throughout the day.
Managing deliveries through Goods In area, ensuring they are delivered internally within a timely manner.
Managing the (RGA) Return and Gone Away process as per departmental guidelines.
Daily collection of internal and external mail, across all departments and between buildings (HQ & Manhattan).
Dealing with internal Service Desk Requests in a timely manner and as per departmental processes.
Where applicable, maintain, manage, and communicate daily recorded statistics to relevant areas of the business, and resolving any discrepancy issues.
Skill and Experience required:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to work calmly under pressure.
Good ability to represent the Print, Mail & Distribution department internally and externally.
Self-motivated and proactive approach.
Strong admin experience within an office environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Scanning and post experience is desired.

Starting salary of £23,000 per annum.
