Production Operative – Days and Nights

Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic onsite team.
Reporting directly to your Team Leader, as Production Operative you will be a vital member of the production team, based on site in Newton Aycliffe.

Duties:
Perform a wide range of assembly and production tasks, whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
Work in a production line formation, the role will involve long periods of standing, with elements of manual handling.
Work within a fast paced, demanding, team orientated environment, aiming to achieve and exceed targets.

Required skills, knowledge or experience:
Flexible, have a positive attitude and be able to quickly adapt to change.

Shift pattern:
Dayshift – 07:00 – 15:30 Monday to Friday Nightshift – 22:30 – 07:00 Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £11.44 and £13.73
