The Role As a Production Operative, you will support our coffee production processes to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality products. Working closely with your team leader, youll assist with a range of tasks to meet production needs, including labelling, packing, cleaning and basic maintenance activities. You will also help maintain high hygiene standards and ensure production supplies are well-stocked, adjusting quickly to changes in demand. Additionally, you will: – Follow a high standard of personal hygiene – Promote the company positively through our values – Participate in staff development and training events About You To be considered as a Production Operative, you will need: – Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment – The ability to work well in a team – A flexible and proactive approach to work The closing date for this role is 13th June 2025.
