Production Operative, £12.45 per hour, Flexible bank role, part-time, various shifts available
Smart Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Operative to join our team, working for one of the leading employers in the region. This hands-on role requires a team player who is ready to take on a variety of tasks. As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that all products are made to the highest standard and meet required specifications
Accurately reading and understanding manufacturing instructions, and utilising the in-house IT system
Ensuring that production lines operate at full capacity and meet quality standards
Taking appropriate action to correct faults and identify issues
If you have previous experience working in a busy production environment, along with excellent IT skills, we want to hear from you. In addition, you should have:
An interest in machinery and how to troubleshoot it
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in manufacturing or production
