Inspire Resourcing are delighted to announce to be recruiting for a Production Team Leader for one of our clients in Chesterfield due to the continued business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team in a thriving industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating different machinery
* Quality checking
* Resolve day-to-day queries from colleagues
* Lead a team to meet shift KPIs on time
* Ensure safety, cleanliness and organisation on the shop floor
* Maintain stock levels and meet production requirements
* And any other duties that may be required
Key Requirements:
* Adhere to health and safety
* Previous experience in a team leader role in a manufacturing environment
* Hold a Counterbalance license
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Hours and pay:
* Days and afternoon shift
* 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
* £13ph
* Temp-perm contract
