Job Title: Project Administrator (Full Time, Permanent)
Location: Port of Liverpool, L20 1HB
Salary: Starting £29,120.00
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, (40 hours per week)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Administrator, your role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Monitoring the accuracy of daily project job sheets and risk assessments from site staff
- Issuing and recording company documents distributed to staff
- Assisting with general customer enquiries via phone
- Liaising with site staff and other departments to enhance project delivery
- Scanning and organising project documents to network folders
- Time Sheet Management (electronic system)
- Assisting Directors
- Managing databases and spreadsheets
- Tracking company fleet and recording employee time off
- Handling other general administrative duties as required
Key Skills & Attributes:
We are looking for someone who possesses:
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a solid level of IT knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and colleagues
- A disciplined approach to workload management and problem-solving
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
