Project Administrator
A successful and growing roofing contractor in Milton Keynes is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team.

Role Overview:
The Project Administrator will play a key role in the coordination and administration of roofing & construction projects, ensuring effective communication between teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Send enquiries and requests for quotations to suppliers and subcontractors
* Process invoices received from subcontractors and suppliers
* Raise and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company procedures
* Prepare Health & Safety folders and site packs for new projects
* Support management of company store, including regular stock checks
* Undertake cost comparisons for supplier and subcontractor quotes
* Attend ad-hoc site visits to assist with project coordination and logistics
Requirements:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills (preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Previous experience in a construction or project-based environment (preferred but not essential)
* Full UK driving license (preferred, for site visits)
* Please note this role is office-based with regular hours (8:00am – 5:00pm)
