The duties of the Project Management Assistant will include:
* Overseeing all project documentation, maintaining accurate file structures and revision control.
* Preparing documents for customer kick-off meetings and final approval
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills needed for the Project Management Assistant role include:
* Excellent administrative skills
* Previous document control experience within Engineering or Manufacturing is desirable
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages including Excel, Word and PDF editor
* Highly organised and able to work under minimal supervision
* Capable of working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines
