Description
I am working with well respected, family contractor who have a turnover of £3bn and have an excellent name in the market. They cover residential, Education, Healthcare, and office builds nationwide and have offices in multiple locations.
At present, they are in the market for a Senior Project Manager for a £60m new build school project. The educational build is split into 2 phases which is around the £30m mark for each phase. So, any Project Manager or Senior Project Manager that has worked on a scheme that is £30m as a Number 1 PM will have the right exposure.
Skills and Experience
Experienced Project Manager who has run a £30m scheme previously
Has managed an education, school, academy project
Worked with a reputable construction company
Worked on the DFE framework – Desirable
