Stepping into the role of a Property Management Administrator, you will be the first point of contact and the face of the company, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
* Answering phone queries promptly and professionally.
* Conducting inventory checks and ensuring accuracy.
* Updating and maintaining detailed Excel spreadsheets.
* Managing start and end of tenancy agreements.
* Overseeing deposit returns and ensuring full protection.
* Addressing email enquiries, complaints, and general tenant concerns.
* Reporting maintenance issues and completing caretaker sheets.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in the Property sector.
* A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
