Role: Property Manager
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £25,000 – £28,500 dependent on experience
Job Type: Full time and On-site
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their award-winning property management team. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, approachable, and able to manage tenant relations and property maintenance efficiently. A driving licence and own car are essential. Responsibilities:
* General administrative tasks and supporting the property management team.
* Drafting new tenancy agreements in line with company standards.
* Managing updates or changes to tenancy terms.
* Processing tenant applications and handling new tenant administration.
* Handling tenant maintenance inquiries via phone.
* Communicating with landlords regarding required maintenance and actions taken.
* Scheduling and completing management visits.
* Sending management visit reports to landlords.
* Conducting property viewings as necessary in relation to maintenance queries.
* Managing the key list, ensuring keys are returned from contractors/tenants/landlords.
* Overseeing day-to-day property management, including utilities and addressing issues raised by tenants/landlords.
Key Skills:
* Proven experience in property management.
* Well-presented, approachable, and friendly.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills.
* Ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
* Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently.
* A full driving license and own car are essential.
