Our Fabulous Client and Head of Property Management is looking to hire a Property Manager to join her team, Based in their South Stockport state of the art office. Some Property Management or relevant experience is preferred, you will have s trong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. And most importantly have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making abilities.

Although the package is person dependent, the circa package is as below:

Salary: 24-26k Basic

Commission: Paid 1 month in arrears, there is a pooled commission for the team, you can expect £3000-£5000 per annum on top on your basic salary.

Hours : Monday Friday 9am-5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am-4pm)

Property Manager Role

Duties

  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and managing any tenancy-related issues with a strong customer focus mindset.
  • Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while maintaining accurate records through data entry.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and prospective residents.
  • Oversee tenancy move outs following the checkout procedure and dealing with deposits and any disputes that may arise.
  • Project managing works at properties which can sometimes include full house renovations.
  • Following up on R2R checks and liaising with the home office when required.
  • Having knowledge on all of the current legislation and staying up to date as this changes.
  • Working closely with the lettings team to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio in your branch.
  • Receipting and paying landlords and contractors, generating statements.
  • Serving legal notices where required and dealing with solicitors for possession related matters.
