Our client is seeking a Purchasing Administrator. The role is offered as a 12 week temp to perm position.

Rate: £13.34 to £13.85 ph (£26-£27K pa)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm

Paid weekly, PAYE via React Recruitment Ltd

No remote working

Location: New Hythe/Larkfield

Suitable Purchasing Administrator candidates will have excellent

* Admin and MS Office experience – Word, Excel, Outlook etc

* MRP experience – desirable

* Good communication skills – verbal and written

The role of Purchasing Administrator will be assisting the Purchasing Manager in general administration duties

Purchasing Administrator duties will include:

* Placing production purchase orders as determined by MRP

* Raising purchase requisitions for approval and converting to purchase orders

* Progress chasing purchase orders

* Updating sales orders for purchased items

* Monitoring order acknowledgements

* Administering the Product Returns Process

* Maintain returns register

* Ensure credit notes are received as required
