What you’ll be doing;
Ensure compliance with Veolia policies, Health & Safety procedures, and regulatory requirements (EPR, COMAH)
Conduct preliminary analysis of new enquiries and perform development/distillation lab work for samples
Monitor and record emissions data for air and water
Maintain QC & TFE laboratory facilities, including calibration, stores management and housekeeping
Day-to-day laboratory operations, handling incoming/outgoing feed, product and waste
Updating all data analysis systems for our records
Assist in generating and updating process instructions, blending recipes & updating COSHH assessments
What we’re looking for;
Relevant Science Based degree/HNC
Demonstrated competence with use of analytical equipment – GC / GCMS
Knowledge of distillation is advantageous but not required
