Qualified Accounts Technician
Location: (Fully office-based role in Duncrue estate, Belfast)
Salary: £25,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)

The Role
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing sales activity
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Liaising with client suppliers and making payments
- Processing accruals, prepayments and depreciation
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Maintaining fixed asset registers
- Processing payrolls
- Processing VAT returns
- Assisting with preparation of personal tax returns
- Assisting with preparation of schedules for year-end work for multiple client types
Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified accounts technician
- Minimum 2 years experience in a busy accountancy practice environment
- Attention to detail, accuracy and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with Xero, QBO and Dext (Desirable)
