Key Responsibilities:

Manage a complex caseload of Child in Need (CIN) cases
*
Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective CIN plans
*
Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns and risks
*
Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals
*
Mentor and support junior social workers and students
*
Prepare reports and attend CIN reviews, child protection conferences, and court proceedings
Essential Requirements:
*
Degree/Masters in Social Work and SWE registration.
*
2+ years of post-qualification experience.
*
Strong knowledge of UK social care legislation and practice.
*
Right to work in UK
