Next Generation are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator to work with a global leading manufacturer based in Wednesbury. As the Quality Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining and updating electronic spreadsheets, chasing supplier information, and organizing documents and procedures within the company’s computer system. You will collate and distribute KPI data to relevant departments, support the Quality team in implementing cultural change, and assist in the retention of ISO 9001 and API Q1 Quality Management Systems. Additionally, you will help manage data within the SmartCerts software to support the certification department, assist in internal audits, and contribute to process improvements. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, while working closely with various departments to help achieve the company’s quality objectives.

Working hours for the Quality Administrator:

Monday – Friday (8.30am – 4.30pm)

Duties of the Quality Administrator:

* Update all relevant quality spreadsheets and QMS links with the latest data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

* Assist with the merger of documentation across both LSFE and HB systems, ensuring consistency and compliance.

* Control, update and distribute all retained standards at LSFH, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for relevant teams.

* Collate PPAP and MPS documentation, and generate customer PPAP packs, including the creation of control plans, equivalent documents, and FMEAs as required.

* Review, analyze, and present quality trends to management, highlighting key insights based on factual data to support informed decision-making.

* Complete internal training documentation, chase signatures for all internal training sessions and toolbox talks delivered, and ensure training records are distributed to the HR department for proper storage.

* Support the addition and maintenance of specifications within the SmartCert Software to ensure accurate certification tracking.

The successful candidate for the Quality Administrators position will have the following experience:

* 3 – 5 years’ experience within a Quality Administrator is (Essential).

* Experience working with precision machined components (Desirable)

* Compiling PPAP documentation (Essential)

* You will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written to be able to communicate and build good relationships.
