**Job Title: Administrator**
**Contract: Ongoing**

**About Us:**
We are working in partnership with a company based in Angus, together we are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact for our organisation and provide vital administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages as needed
– Liaise with various departments to provide comprehensive administrative support
– Manage and organise incoming and outgoing mail
– Maintain appointment schedules and manage meeting room bookings
– Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry

** Essential for the role:**
– Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– A proactive and customer-focused attitude
– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
– PVG / Disclosure registered (preffered)
