THE ROLE- Reception TA
Qualiteach are seeking a Reception TA, which involves working with the teacher to plan and deliver activities and supporting pupils with diverse learning needs. The goal of a Reception TA is to ensure these children receive the tailored assistance they require to thrive academically and socially. You will be working on a one-to-one basis or in small groups with students, while monitoring and assessing their progress and development throughout their academic year. You will be working with children 4 to 5 years old.
THE SCHOOL- Reception TA
The primary school is situated in the inner-city borough of Lambeth, where there are a couple underground stations close by. The school believe in creating a safe, positive environment where the students feel valued, confident, and empowered to achieve their best. It’s a school that consists of children aged 3 to 11 years old, with 189 pupils. It is a small school, and this has the benefit of allowing the staff to get to know the children and families well. They were awarded an impressive rating of ‘Good’ by Ofsted in December 2023.
