What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Receptionist/Administrator, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and efficient office experience. From welcoming guests with a smile to coordinating meetings and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, no two days will be the same!

Your day-to-day will include:

Reception & Guest Experience

Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer calls and emails promptly and courteously
Ensure guests are directed efficiently and feel right at homeMeeting & Event Coordination

Schedule meetings using Office Tracker
Prepare meeting rooms, organise catering, and keep spaces tidy
Support in-house and external event planning and logisticsOffice & Facilities Management

Maintain clean, stocked communal areas
Oversee mail handling, including international deliveries
Manage office and kitchen suppliesTech & Admin Support

Assist with video conferencing and room setups
Troubleshoot minor tech issues to keep things running smoothly
