Receptionist / Administrator

£28,000 + Pension

Great opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator used to working with corporate Company providing a great first customer experience.

Some of your duties will include:

– Managing the reception area, providing an excellent service

– Meeting and greeting visitors to the organisation, announcing their arrival

– Answering incoming calls and transferring caller to relevant staff member

– Preparing a wide range of documentation including general correspondence

– Managing diary schedules for management team and arranging meetings

– Assisting with admin duties as required to help out

– Controlling stationery and office supplies, purchasing new requirements

– Inputting accurate data onto database and maintaining/updating when needed
