We are recruiting a full-time Receptionist for our Belfast city centre office. McCartan Turkington Breen, Solicitors is a firm with an excellent reputation for delivering the highest quality of legal services. This is a key position in our Firm as our Receptionist is normally the first point of contact for our Clients and Business Contacts. The successful candidate will join a busy team providing reception and administrative support to Solicitors & Staff. Duties include: Greeting Clients and Visitors. Handling telephone calls and directing callers to the appropriate department. Taking telephone messages and passing on telephone messages to the appropriate person. Dealing with Email enquiries and directing them to the appropriate department. Booking Meeting Rooms. Essential Requirements: At least 1 year receptionist experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook Experience of handling telephone calls and greeting Clients and Visitors Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills.
