As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and organised environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors and employees with a friendly, professional attitude
Manage phone calls, providing helpful information and directing queries as needed
Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Support the wider office team with various administrative tasks
Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring the reception and meeting areas are always well-presented
Skills & Experience Needed

A positive, “can-do” attitude with strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience in a receptionist or office-based/administration role
