Receptionist
Pertemps are excited to be working with a leading law firm who are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their growing team. Our client is open to both a full time and part time hours.
Responsibilities:
– Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues
– Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
– Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department
– Manage meeting room bookings
– Maintain health and safety, removing risk slips and trips
– Ensure all visitors are checked into the building accordingly
– Assist with general administration tasks, including data entry
– Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Requirements as a Receptionist:
– Previous reception and front of house experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient with Microsoft
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Organised and detail – orientated
The Role:
– £25,000 – £27,000 full time equivalent
– Part time hours – Monday to Thursday 13.00 – 17.30 and 13.00 – 17.00 on Fridays
– Full time hours- Monday to Thursday 09.00 – 17.30 and 09.00 – 17.00 on Fridays
– 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
