Temporary Receptionist – Maternity cover – Cockermouth

Your new role
In your exciting new role as Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome while managing the administrative functions of the practice. Your duties will consist of:
- Greeting clients in person, over the phone or via email
- Scheduling appointments and managing the practice diary
- Respond to enquiries about services, treatments, and products
- Maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with preparing and filing paperwork for insurance claims
- Assisting with processing payments and managing invoices
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, it is essential to have great customer service experience with a friendly & warm demeanour. Ideally, previous experience within this industry, but it isn’t a must. What is a must is for you to acquire good attention to detail & organisational skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive conversations.
