Temporary Contract

Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with commercial building within Edinburgh who are looking to onboard a Front of House / Receptionist with the need of temporary cover for the first week in February.

Key responsibilities:

– Answering incoming calls from clients
– Providing answers to queries or directing calls to the correct member of staff
– Dealing with emails in the shared inbox
– Welcoming guests to the office
– Filing and scanning
– Open and Close the building, daily
– Ad hoc admin duties

Person specifications:

– Previous experience working in a Receptionist or Administrator position
– Good customer service and communication skills
– Previous Switchboard experience (Essential)
– Previous experience working with MS Office
