Temporary Receptionist / Administrator – Charity based in Liverpool

We currently require an experienced Receptionist / Administrator for a temporary role. This is a part time position and likely to last a month.

Working hours – 10am – 3pm.

£14ph plus holiday pay.

Based in the city centre, our client are looking for someone who can start immediately and who has experience working for a charitable organisation and / or that supports vulnerable people.

Your role would consist of –

  • General reception, phone and face to face.
  • Taking down details, and helping with filling out forms etc.
  • Booking appointments.
  • Taking referrals and updating systems.

We are looking for someone very friendly yet professional, excellent telephone manner, strong IT skills and who has experience working for a similar organisation.

We do require a standard DBS for this role and also someone who can start immediately.
