We are looking for a passionate and energetic Receptionistwho will serve as the face of Ladurée, ensuring every guest is warmly welcomed and experiences unparalleled service from their very first interaction.
This role is essential in delivering a seamless dining experience that aligns with Ladurée’s legacy of elegance and sophistication.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Manage reservations via phone, email, or online booking systems.
- Bring guests to their tables, ensuring proper seating arrangements and preferences are respected.
- Address guest inquiries about menus, services, and any special accommodations.
Administrative Duties:
- Operate the reception desk, answering calls, and directing them to the appropriate floor: terrace, balcony, or restaurant.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and seating plans.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks when required.
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with the Management, Kitchen, and Service Team to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively about special requests, celebrations, or dietary needs.
Customer Experience:
- Champion Ladurée’s commitment to superior customer service and luxury retail standards.
- Provide detailed knowledge about Ladurées offerings, including its history, menu items, and seasonal specialties.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
- Foster relationships with VIP and repeat customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.

- A welcoming, polished, and professional demeanour.
- Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
- Ability in reservation and scheduling software (training provided if necessary).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering luxury service.
