Your new role
Your duties in this role will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Adhering to our policies and procedures
  • Processing payments
  • Ensuring a smooth and easy stay for all guests
  • Providing accurate feedback from guests to management
  • Using up-selling techniques to promote services and facilities
  • Various ad-hoc responsibilities

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Motivation to ensure the best service possible is provided to all customers
