They are looking to recruit an excellent Receptionist to join their Brighton based team on a temporary (with the opportunity to go permanent).

Requirements:

Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
Strong communication skills and excellent organisational abilities.
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
A positive, proactive attitude.
Familiarity with legal terminology or experience in a law firm is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Operate a multi-line telephone system, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with completing client intake forms, verifying ID documents, and addressing basic inquiries about services.
Handle confidential information with care and discretion.
Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming reception area.
Provide administrative support to the office team as necessary.
Log and manage incoming deliveries.
Oversee the visitor parking area.

Job Title: Receptionist
Salary: £23,750 per annum
Location: Brighton
Full Time: Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
Temporary Contract (possibility to turn Permanent)
