About Us

Our client is a mental health service offering 24-hour supported housing and community-based support. We work to a recovery model, providing a range of services for people with mental ill health to help them access their local community. Our support includes outreach, tenancy support, peer support, and supported housing for residents aged 18 and above.

We know that recovery looks different for everyone, but with the right support at the right time, we believe recovery is possible for all.

The Role

As a Recovery Worker, you will:

Inspire and support the people who use our services to maintain their tenancy and independence.
Work with individuals to create personal support plans tailored to their goals and aspirations.
Help clients develop essential skills, such as domestic and financial management.
Support access to work, leisure, and educational opportunities.About You

No prior experience is required – full training will be provided. However, an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience is highly valued.

We are looking for someone who is:

Caring and compassionate.
Empathetic and enthusiastic about helping others.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work on a weekly rota system, including on-call duties.What We Offer
