Purpose of the role:

Responsible for the day to day operation of the Walled Garden poolside and activity areas, seeking to deliver the very highest standards of service to Woodcote Juniors, Members and Guests. To take personal responsibility for all standards of service across the Walled Garden with attention to: lifeguarding, the poolside H&S and hygiene procedures, inventory top-up, member experience within the facility and the maintenance, cleaning and hygiene of all functioning areas of the Walled Garden.

The role is 40 hours per week over 5 days – Monday to Sunday.

About you:

  • Valid full UK drivers licence
  • NPLQ qualification preferred, willing to provide training to achieve qualification if required
  • First aid training not needed, but willing to undertake training.
  • Able to work shifts and weekends.

  • Organised, adaptable and flexible
  • Exceptional attention to detail
