Manpower are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to support our team in Birmingham.

We are looking for someone with good strong quality customer service and can provide an outstanding recruitment administration service to our team and customers. Our whole team put the needs of our clients and candidates at the heart of their work, ensuring vacancies are filled and compliance standards are met.

Your responsibility will be to work efficiently and with a highly organised approach to ensure tight deadlines are met, systems are accurately updated and all documentation is quality checked.

Key role and responsibilities:

  • Recruitment service delivery to a wide client base
  • Liaising with candidates.
  • Advertising vacancies, taking calls
  • Resourcing & interviewing candidates.
  • Updating the recruitment system.
  • Working at pace to meet deadlines.
  • Creating documentation and checking information is accurate.

Minimum requirements:

  • Good English communication, written & verbal,
  • Great customer service,
  • High accuracy and attention to detail,
  • IT literate to include Microsoft office packages,
  • Ability to remain professional under pressure,
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills,
  • A team player.
  • Positive attitude to completing tasks to a high quality,
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport required.

This is a temporary ongoing position working 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday paying £12.50 per hour with an immediate start
