Very busy fast paced construction recruitment agency is looking for and addition to the recruitment team.
Must have Experience for at least 2 years in construction recruitment sector.
Have a good communication skills, confident on the phone to clients and candidates.
Have good organisational and administrative skills and attention to details
Be flexible, adaptable and able to cope with pressure
Reliable and punctual
Typically, you’ll be carrying out these types of duties every day:
* you will support and assist recruitment with any necessary recruitment campaigns and methods to attract prospective candidates (posting on the job boards, social media current live vacancies)
* assist to adequately pre-screen and qualify applicants in line with standard operating procedures before proceeding to book interview/registration
* ensure that all applicants are interviewed and selected in line with company and contract specific agreed standards
* Accurately update all systems with all required compliance and right to work documents
* Undertake general administration and payroll tasks as directed when required (for example handling wage queries etc)
* Liaise with existing clients to ensure requirements are fulfilled to required standards.
* Liaising with clients every morning to make sure required personnel is on site, follow up with afternoon phone call to make sure all ok on site and client is happy with their performance.
* Weekly ring round live client database to ensure all requirements are met to their satisfaction.
Any required training will be provided (electronic systems and date bases used within the company)

Office working hours 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Overtime hours available in busy times.

6 months’ probation period will be applied, before offering permanent position within the company.
22 day of holidays plus 8 days of BH allowance.
