Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 + fantastic commission opportunities

We’re looking for a Resourcer to join our clients team! This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in recruitment, where you’ll play a key role in sourcing top talent and supporting the wider team in placing candidates into the right roles.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sourcing and engaging with potential candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
Conducting initial screening calls to assess suitability
Building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining regular contact
Supporting consultants with candidate management and interview coordination
Writing compelling job adverts to attract top talent
Keeping the database updated with accurate candidate information
What We’re Looking For:
At least one year of sales experience – telesales, property, insurance, or any target-driven role
A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
A proactive and resilient attitude – recruitment is fast-paced!
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ambition to learn and progress within recruitment
