We’d like you to join us as a Support worker at our service Kingly House in Hinckley.
Kingly House is a residential house in Leicestershire providing accommodation, rehabilitation and support for up to 17 adults. We’re committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.
• What you’ll be working:
On a rota basis
Working every other weekend
Hourly Rate £12.33
Annual Salary £27,002.77
The role is for waking Nights
What you’ll have:
A genuine interest in providing the best person centre care possible for our Adults
Build relationships with patients, which are open and two way
Support patients to undertake their rehabilitation programme
Establish methods of communication with patients, reducing barriers when necessary
Assist patients with mealtimes where necessary
Support with activities of daily living and personal care when needed
Communicate any issues to the clinical team
Accurately report and/or record work activities
