We’re looking for a Reservations Executive to join our friendly team in Hertford. You’ll play a vital role helping diners book tables, solving problems when things aren’t straightforward, and making sure every guest receives the best possible service.

What you’ll be doing
- Helping guests book tables at amazing restaurants
- Problem-solving to give guests the best possible outcome
- Accurately managing bookings and finding solutions when requests aren’t available
- Sending booking confirmations and handling emails and enquiries
What we’re looking for
- A proactive attitude and great attention to detail
- Good literacy skills and a professional telephone manner
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential — we’ll provide full training
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Working hours
Full-time (40 hours per week) on a set rota, including some evenings and weekends.
Our office is open 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
