Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the smooth running of the residential facility
  • Provide support to residents, ensuring their welfare and comfort
  • Respond to any queries or issues raised by residents
  • Maintain records and reports of daily activities
  • Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Work closely with other staff to organise and manage tasks
  • Adhere to all policies and regulations related to health and safety
  • Participate in training and development opportunities as required

Profile

A successful Residence Assistant should have:

  • Excellent organisational skills
